
I love a good nibble. Put food in front of me and I’ll eat it. In fact don’t put food in front of me and I’ll go looking for it. So a big problem for me is snacking. Given half the chance I’ll start baking, but sometimes all you want is a tang of savoury and cakey-goodness just won’t cover it! My fail safe in these moments is dips. Baba Ghanoush, Tzatziki and Hummus are three incredibly tasty and oh-so easy dips to make. Plus if you make these on your own rather than buy a measly pot of suspiciously coloured over priced gunk from the supermarket you’ll not only save a bit of money but can also adjust the flavour to your exact tastes!
Hummus is probably the least fiddly of my favourites, so here’s how I go about it!
